This here is a book I have made, visually documenting my imaginary space program. This will be printed on a risograph press soon, exciting stuff! And it will also be shown at our Free Range show in London, which you can find out about here, but it will be better if you came along and saw for yourself.

Here are two images from my final project, of complex machines which perform simple or pointless tasks. It is inspired by the technology from the space race of the 50s/60s.
(I am still doing a drawing a day, but alas I do not have a scanner. They will be posted on tuesday!)

Today I sent my very first newspaper off to print, at the wonderful Newspaper Club. This is the front cover! Inside the 16 pages are illustrations of my imaginary space program...
About 6 months ago, I decided that for one month, I would do a drawing every day, producing a visual journey which would be made into a zine. I chose May. Mostly because it rhymes. It is possibly my busiest month ever, what with project hand-ins and degree show exhibitions to prepare for, but it will only be a small drawing each day.
This is my first. I am really enjoying pattern at the moment, and the possibility of textile production...
